Introduction
Inspired by the untamed beauty of Iceland’s landscapes and its rough weather conditions, this 3D project captures the essence of a road trip through the island’s raw but captivating nature. During my journey, i took several 3D scans of Icelandic rock formations, one of which serves as the foundation for this visualization.
This project is part of my VIBRANT GREEN series. An exploratory fusion of design, science and nature that aims to capture the essence of our living, thriving world.

Experimets
In addition to the animated wind patterns, I developed a procedural rain system with collision detection using Blender's geometry nodes to realistically depict Iceland's weather conditions.
